Individual fitness instruction led by our Certified Personal Trainer, is available along with numerous group fitness programs including yoga and Pilates. Sessions are customized to individual and group needs which include strength, stamina, balance, core and flexibility training utilizing a variety of equipment. Our trainer also offers post-rehabilitation programs and will work with your doctor or physical therapist to design a proper exercise program based on the individuals needs.
